* Sound Body Yoga *
Experience the mindful union of breath, movement, & sound

Sound Body Yoga is the union of yoga and sound healing. In this wholly integrated practice, Sarah Capua and Stephanie Rooker draw from their own rooted lineages to illuminate profound, direct, and nourishing tools of practice. Movement is woven deeply with breath, visualization and intention to bring the mind to presence. Students are held in a container of intuitive, improvisational sound, drawing them inward in self exploration and outward to the community. Sound Body aims to access the whole of ourselves and the wealth of inner support available when we are embodied in our breath, body, and voice.

Hosted by 2nd Annual Take Care Fair – Free!

Take Care Fair is the first Hudson Valley interactive marketplace showcasing healing arts, living food, and a broad spectrum of supportive services for physical, mental and spiritual health.

Take Care Fair will highlight the growing variety of resources available in the Hudson Valley for those seeking health and wellness – whether in times of illness or as a part of daily healthy lifestyle.

Meet acupuncturists, massage therapists, personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and practitioners of many disciplines and modalities for all ages and bodies.

Interested in trying out a particular specialty? Sign-up for a mini reiki session or yoga class, listen to a talk on the Tarot, or experience a healing sound bath riverside.

Take Care Fair will also showcase a selection of handmade products and specialty food made with natural ingredients and focused on healthful living.
